We can get you a car delivered to your
door step whether you’re at fault or not.

If you’ve had an accident and you’re not at fault 1300Accident can get you into a car at no cost for the duration of your repair. The car will be a similar spec or exactly the same as the car you currently have and can be delivered to your home, directly to your repairer or arranged to be picked up.

Were you at fault? Even if you were the party at fault, 1300Accident can still help. We can get you a car of similar spec delivered to your door whilst your car is being fixed at a great rate.

  • Who pays for the replacement car?

    • There are no costs to you if you are the 'not at fault' driver in an accident. 1300Accident will manage the process and organise the recoupment of costs from insurance companies on your behalf.

  • How quickly can I get a replacement car?

    • 1300Accident can get not at fault drivers a replacement car the same day, and in most cases within 30 minutes. We can deliver the car to your door step, arrange for it to be dropped at your smash repairer or alternatively find a time for you to pick it up at one of our handy depots.

  • Will the car be the same or similar to my car?

    • 1300Accident aim to provide you with a car of similar or higher value and specification. So if you have a small hatchback or a SUV, we’ll get you into something similar so you can get on with your everyday life.

  • How long will I have the replacement car for?

    • You will have use of the replacement car for the duration of the repair, once your car is fixed we’ll organise to pick the replacement car up at a time that is convenient for you.
